Oceanview Auto Repair

About the shop

A small Big Island shop, run honest, by people who live here too.

Meet Larry Parrish

Larry runs Oceanview Auto Repair the way a shop ought to be run — small, honest, and focused on doing the job right the first time. After years in the trade, he set up shop on Prince Kuhio Boulevard and built a reputation the way it should be built: one customer at a time, by treating people the way he'd want to be treated.

What makes this shop different

We tell you what it needs

And we tell you what it doesn't. The estimate you get is for the work the car actually needs, not the menu the dealership wants to sell you.

Real prices, real timelines

We'll quote you fair, do the work in the time we promised, and call you if anything changes.

Big Island trucks, Big Island roads

We know the kind of beating vehicles take out here — lava rock, salt, washouts, off-road. We build for that.

Local, accountable

We live here. You'll see us at the gas station, the dump, the bar. There's no version of "doing you wrong" that ends well in a small town.
